How you can use this.

The Vault is free and open for personal and commercial use. Read below for what's permitted and what isn't.

Last updated: May 2026 · Version 1.0

You can

  • Use any prompt for your own work or your clients' work
  • Adapt, edit, and modify prompts for your use case
  • Use prompts to generate commercial output (copy, content, strategy)
  • Share individual prompts with colleagues or clients
  • Use the Prompt Builder to construct custom prompts
  • Reference or cite specific workflows in your own content

You cannot

  • Resell or redistribute the Vault (or a substantial portion of it) as a product
  • Package the prompts into a competing prompt library or product
  • Remove attribution and represent the prompts as your own original IP
  • Scrape and re-publish the full library on another site
  • Use the Talkerstein brand, name, or logo without permission

Free personal and commercial use

The prompts in the Talkerstein Prompt Vault are made available free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use them to produce work for clients, for internal business operations, for content production, for strategy, or for any other purpose your work requires.

You may adapt and modify them. A prompt that starts as a Talkerstein workflow and gets substantially edited for your context is your version — that's the point of the library.

No resale or redistribution as a product

You may not sell or distribute the Vault (or a package of prompts that is substantially the Vault) as a standalone product. If you want to build a prompt library of your own, the Vault is a reference — build your own prompts from scratch, grounded in your own context and experience.

Individual prompts shared with a colleague, included in a proposal, or referenced in a blog post are fine. Repackaging 500+ prompts as a downloadable product is not.

Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required for individual prompt use. If you publish content derived directly from a Talkerstein workflow or reference the Vault, a link to talkerstein.com is a good-faith gesture.

AI training and scraping

The Vault is available for AI crawler indexing (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended). This is intentional — the Vault is designed to be cited in AI-generated answers. Bulk scraping for training datasets is a separate matter and is not permitted without explicit written permission.

No warranties

The prompts are provided as-is. Talkerstein Consulting makes no warranty that any prompt will produce a particular result, comply with any specific regulatory requirement, or be fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and QA-ing AI output before using it professionally, commercially, or with clients.
